When you stay in our rooms our extensive breakfast buffet with home-made produce such as bread, spreads, yoghurt and muesli await your each morning. On request breakfast buffet can also be booked when you stay in our apartments. Apartment guests can also order our fresh bread roll service.

We provide cots, nappy changing mats and high chairs for our younger guests. Please let us know your requirements at time of booking.

All bedrooms at Haus Katja are equipped with bed linen suitable for allergy-sufferers.

Free internet access via Wi-Fi is available throughtout the whole of Haus Katja.

Take advantage of our free rental of snowshoes in winter (according availability).

Plenty of free parking spaces in front of our house plus motorbike parking in our garage available.

Guests can use our washing machine at an extra change.

Please note we do not allow pets.

Our house is non-smoking. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes outdoors. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Rooms and apartments are available from 2.00 pm on day of  arrival (earlier on agreement by telephone). On day of departure we kindly ask guests to vacate rooms and apartments by 9.30 am. Luggage can be stored in our luggage and changing room.

Resort taxes are included in room prices, apartment prices are exclusive resort taxes (€ 3,- per person per night).

Reductions for children available in rooms according to season.

• Short stay supplement for stay up to 3 nights: € 10,00 per night in apartments, € 10,00 per person per night in rooms

• Single room supplement: € 15,00 per night

We are a Wasserwelt Wagrain member property. As our guests your enjoy 1 free admission daily (winter 3 hours, in summer 1 daily ticket – on rainy days 3 hours in the indoor pool) to the Wasserwelt Wagrain swimming pool on production of your guest card.

Take advantage of the discounts on admission to sight and attractions in the region available with the Wagrain guest card, which you receive free of charge on arrival.

A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. Anything can happen (illness, accident…) Therefore we recommend you take out travel insurance to cover any eventuality.
